Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes are not supported.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders. We offer one standard shipping method.
When should I expect delivery?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
What is the order cut-off?
Our order cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), year-round. The GMT-06:00 offset is fixed and does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin handling on the next business day.
What are the baskets made from?
Each product page lists its materials. The collection includes rattan baskets, selected pieces with removable cotton liners, and structured chests with wood frames. Check the individual page for dimensions, included pieces and care.
How do I care for my basket?
Dust rattan gently and avoid soaking or leaving it damp. Follow the item-specific care instructions, including separate care for removable cotton liners and wood frames.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Return authorization is required before shipping.
Where do returns go, and who pays?
Authorized returns go to our address in Pessac, France. Customers pay international return shipping for a change of mind. Loomynary pays return shipping for our errors and items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number, a description and photos if available. Ordinary undamaged-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
When is an approved refund issued?
After the return is received, inspected and approved, the refund is automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval.
What currency and tax appear at checkout?
Prices and payments are in USD. The checkout tax charge is $0.00 under the current pricing settings; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt. Review the total before authorizing a payment.
